Important COVID-19 information for your appointment at Level 2

Please arrive on your own if possible and with clean hair.

We have no waiting area – please wait outside (or in your car), we will text you when we are ready for you.

Using the camera on your phone, scan the QR code displayed on our door before you enter to help us with contact tracing. If this is not an option for you, you will be required to fill out a contact tracing form.

Please use the hand sanitizer provided to clean your hands.

 

You are welcome to bring your own mask and wear this during your appointment.

We will be wearing masks upon request, please let us know if you would like us to do so and we will be happy to.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refreshments. You are welcome to bring your own,

or pop over to Speights (from 11am) and support our lovely neighbours.

We can not offer magazines, however you are welcome to bring your own or use our wifi

We have a strict no sick policy. Please let us know if you are unwell as soon as possible and we will do our best to fit you in again as soon as we can once you have recovered.

Please give us as much notice possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. We are working extra hours to accommodate all our clients quickly - if you can’t make your appointment, somebody else would love to take it.

Please let us know if you are wanting a change in colour or style so we can allow extra time to do so.

Our salon is a safe space, rest assured we are doing all we possibly can to keep you safe.

Let us know if you have any questions or concerns, your safety and comfort is important to us!

Lastly, please be patient with us while we navigate through the changes and challenges COVID-19 have given us.
