Please mention at the time of booking if you would like a change in colour or style so we can allow the appropriate amount of time for your appointment.

As a courtesy to all our clients and to allow un-pressured quality time for your appointment, our policy is that we may need to reschedule clients who are more than 15 minutes late.

Due to high demand we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% charge of the original appointment. Multiple late cancellations will result in a charge PLUS a 50% deposit booking fee.
