Chemical service pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, product required and the complexity of the service.
If you're considering a change to your usual colour or style, please let us know when booking so we can allow enough time for your appointment.
To ensure we have enough time to give you the best possible service, we may need to adjust or reschedule appointments if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service. Following multiple late cancellations, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure future appointments.
